Running instances allows you to pick up a great deal of experience, money, soul stones, lucky gems, virtue points and damaged items that can be traded in for powerful equipment.
Instance gear comes from two sources - in each instance, some gear requires a Damaged item to buy the usable item, along with Virtue Points and Gold. Other items are available directly from the vendor for Virtue Points and Gold. It is possible to buy Damaged *True items, but this requires Dragon Gold and a huge investment in Virtue Points.
As a general rule, *True items are exactly the same as the normal item, but have slightly better stats.
Below is a list of equipment slots and the associated items that go in that slot. Because rings are not unique, the Ring slots are listed as one item.
